Wellness Wednesday

Wednesdays are typically the best or the worst day of the week. At this point of the week, the tone has already been set and its already clear how most things are unravelling.

Here is a short reminder to you . Do not forget to celebrate every small win so far. Be self rewarding and gas yourself up. Say nice things to yourself while looking in the mirror. Make those strong affirmations. Speak your truth and own it.

It doesn’t matter if the week hasn’t been good. Hydrate, make a plan and start over. After all, who said you can’t start a new week on a Wednesday or a Thursday.
